As the temperature continues to cool off, coats and jackets are quickly becoming a non-negotiable essential when it comes to cold weather layering. Getting to throw on my favorite bomber jackets during the fall and early winter months is the easiest way to ramp up any outfit on the go. It is the perfect transition piece and easy to layer with other items, like this jacket from Lord & Taylor, whom I collaborated with for their Highline Collection.
Whether I tie it around my waist or let it hang over my shoulders, it gives off this effortless cool factor that makes it so much fun to wear. Being able to wear it with a variety of outfits is something that draws me to this particular item of clothing. The versatility is key and with the bomber as the statement piece, minimalism with other pieces is a priority. The jacket easily dresses up or down a casual off the shoulder shirt, dark lace up pants and white sneakers. It’s pure fall perfection.
