Today it’s time for a fresh new beauty post. Little time ago I already updated you guys about my lips and eye make-up inspiration, now the nails will have their turn to get summerproof. This is a topic I've never handled on my blog before, but it was definitely time after the many questions on what white nail polish I always wear and what nail colours I will be sporting the coming months, so now I’ll share my top favourite nail polishes. With this beauty post you will nail the trends this sunny season. ;)

For me doing make-up is kind of a therapy. It works inspiring doing my nails while talking with friends and having a fun time, or if you’re by yourself, you can un-stress and think about the future and daydream about the upcoming adventures. I do have to say that taking a real moment to let my nail polish dry is always a challenge. I somehow always end up getting my phone out of my bag and you know what happens then.

On a daily basis I’m wearing white (Chanel, Eastern Light) or nude (Rimmel, Salon Pro Kate Moss 237) nail polish. It will suit every look, but still gives that flirty and fresh summer touch to it, in contrary to a dark colour. So when you’re on the run and don’t know which colour to choose, go light! Stylish and safe.

But of course like every girl I can definitely appreciate a pop of bright pink (Chanel, Pink Tonic 619) as well. Besides this, playing around with nail polishes is something I really love. You know I can’t get enough of mix and matching in fashion. For beauty it’s the same. Looking for daring combinations will always be a hobby of mine. So also comparing different colours with each other is something I needed to try, like I did with nude and yellow (Nyx, Advance Salon Formula Pastel Yellow) and purple (Essie Bikini So Teeny) and turquoise (Sally Hansen Salon Jaded 672), which complement each other perfectly.
