Graceful Gray

Graceful Gray

SoHo is one of my favorite neighbourhoods in New York City, which is why we always stay there when we visit. The energy in this particular area is contagious and I can’t help but feel inspired. In the 1960s, SoHo came to represent the hip and creative avante garde scene of New York, with young aspiring artists taking up space in the low rent buildings that had previously been abandoned. Along with the outstanding art scene, low and high-end shopping boutiques, and inventive restaurants, it also boasts the worlds largest collection of cast-iron architecture, which I always enjoy looking at. Rain or shine, SoHo is worth the visit, especially during Fashion Week because a lot of the shows we attended were actually in the neighbourhood, which was super convenient.

New York: High Spirits

New York: High Spirits

It feels so nice to be back in my time zone. I got to spend my weekend resting and spending time with my family, which was much needed, especially since it’s now Milan Fashion Week. Looking at the schedule it promises to be a great week with a different vibe and atmosphere from New York. It’s definitely a lot warmer in Milan A and the buildings aren’t as tall there!

NYFW Day 3: Happy Overall

And that’s a wrap! As always, time seems to zip by in the city that never sleeps, but I’ve had so many wonderful experiences and created a lot of incredible memories. I can't wait to come back! Tomorrow we're already heading off to Milan fashion week, which is one of my favorites to be honest! It is definitely going to be a busy week there, with three shows a day and lots of events to attend. So excited! But first, to unpack and see my family. I always look forward to relaxing with them after all the fashion week craziness. Keeps me grounded and refuels me for the next one! I've missed this cutie like cra-zy!!
