Even though I’ve been home for a while (Amsterdam and Milan both feel like my home), my mind is still in California, especially the entire Coachella experience of which you have probably already seen a lot of on my main social media pages like Instagram and Snapchat. Before we got into the festival spirit we had to drive two hours from L.A. to Palm Springs, which was a memorable experience on its own and honestly that's one of the biggest reasons I fell so much in love with California in general: the nature! The mountains, the desert, the hills, the flowers, and so on—just incredible. Throughout our stay I kept thinking of my father and how much he would have enjoyed it, since he's a beekeeper and completely one with nature. Next year he's coming with us for sure (not to Coachella though lol). So after this fun road trip we arrived at an incredible mansion where we stayed together with the Revolve Clothing team. The environment was very inviting and I couldn't help but to feel happy with all of the positive energy surrounding me.
During these three days, we got to spend a good part of the day hanging out by the pool before we headed to the festival. They did such a nice job of decorating everything outside, with beautiful printed rugs on the grass, vibrant cushions to relax on, flowers everywhere and fun floating toys in the pool, which is why I wanted to shoot our first look here. The cool atmosphere, the nice weather and Coachella really gave me the opportunity to experiment with my Revolve Clothing fashion choices—I had a lot of fun! I have to admit, for the first day of our Coachella experience I fell in love with this outfit and think that it's a match made in co-ord heaven. The fit and cut of this baby blue leather crop top and high-waisted shorts was incredibly comfortable and complementary—definitely perfect for the hot festival weather. And what’s great about wearing a solid color is that the accessorizing possibilities are endless and can really enhance the look. The prints on the sunglasses and purse give a playful animal vibe to the outfit and the fringe on the bag is very music festival appropriate. I felt energized and ready to see what Coachella had to offer and I was not disappointed in the least—I can't wait to go back next year A
