Ok you guys, it's Monday and we're back on track with the quality images I love to see here on the blog. As most of you know we travel a lot for the blog so we consider them work trips, but our last trip to Ibiza was really a holiday. For the time it seemed very appropriate to not carry around a DSLR camera (yes it's pretty heavy) and capture every fine moment with the iPhone instead. A Therefore, I did in total three iPhone diaries of which I personally think are really fun to share and I received lots of messages that you guys love them as well. I think it's great to do this once in a while and I'm actually thinking of doing an iPhone diary once a week. What do you guys think?
Anyway, since we're back from Ibiza we managed to catch up with all the work we couldn't do while we're on Ibiza and now I can share clear images of my outfits again. Also our dear Annick (photographer) is back from her holiday so I can't wait working with her again.
So last week we shot these images after a meeting about the new website (SO excited). It was almost the end of the day and the lightning was perfect. In this look I incorporated a colour I usually only wear during fall/winter: maroon. I'm deliberately not using the term 'Burgundy' as I feel like I used and heard it too much last Fall/Winter, do you have the same? In the end it felt very refreshing to wear a certain colour in a different season than you're used to. Although I love the striped shirt and my all-time fav Levi's shorts, the hat and shoes really finishes off the look. Recognise the shoes? They're similar to these and I both found them while doing a little shopping in Ibiza-town.
