The season of layering has officially started. Layering is one of my favorite things to do, not only because I'm always cold (it's a good enough reason though), but also because I love combining multiple layers and mixing different materials. It can give your overall look something special and usually also gives it that effortless chic look of which you guys know how much I enjoy.
Sometimes though, I love what I call 'secret layering' in which I take one of my favorite fall/winter clothing item: the oversized jacket. They are not only great for fashion but also for those like me who like to wear multiple layers to protect us from the cold.
Also I love having those statement coats which are suitable for every occasion. This one from aB has an effortless and cool feel thanks to its cocoon shape and side slit pockets. But the shiny tweed gives it a feminine touch as well, which I absolutely adore!
For the rest of the look I wanted to keep it simple, wearing a grey knitted top, leather pants, and these amazing ankle boots.
Today we have an exciting day planned with Tod's in Chengdu. First we will visit Panda city. For those who didn't know: Chengdu is known for panda's so I really hope I can hold one in my arms. I'm sure that won't be possible (which is pretty logical) but that's something every girl/woman wants right? Then it's time for the Dots of Life event with Tod's, which is going to be BIG.
